These terms outline how bookings, payments, cancellations, and travel services are handled when working with Travel Society Co.
General Booking Terms
Travel Society Co acts as a travel advisor and booking coordinator. By submitting a booking request or completing a reservation, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that availability, pricing, and policies are subject to supplier rules.
Booking Process
- • Some trips offer online booking for standard itineraries.
- • Custom trips, multi-city itineraries, or roommates flying from different cities must be initiated directly by Travel Society Co.
- • A booking is not confirmed until required deposits or payments are received and confirmed by the supplier.
Deposits & Payments
- • Deposits are required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- • Deposits may be non-refundable and are governed by supplier policies.
- • Some bookings allow split payments; all required amounts must be received to secure the reservation.
- • Final payment due dates vary by trip and will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies are set by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. Travel Society Co does not control these policies.
- • Cancellation penalties may range from partial to full loss of funds.
- • Name changes, date changes, or itinerary changes may incur additional fees.
- • No refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
- • Trips booked through Travel Society Co may include travel insurance when specified.
- • Insurance coverage details will be provided with your booking confirmation or invoice.
- • Insurance policies vary and may include coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and delays.
Traveler Responsibility
- • Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and required documentation.
- • Names must match government-issued identification exactly.
- • Travel Society Co is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, or documentation issues.
Limitation of Liability
Travel Society Co is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or changes made by suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
