BOOKING RULES
How booking works
- • Deposits must be paid in full at booking.
- • For 2+ person rooms: pay the deposit with one card or split across multiple cards (to total the deposit).
- • If your booking is complex (multi-origin flights, shared rooms from different cities), I must initiate it.
- • After I initiate your booking, future payments can be made on the website.

• Full names (as on ID)
• Departure city for each traveler
• Roommate pairing (who is sharing)
• Payment preference (single or split)
IMPORTANT NOTES
- • If your roommate/plus-one is flying from a different city, the website cannot process the booking — you must book directly with me for the initial setup.
- • After I initiate the booking, all subsequent payments can be made online through the booking portal.
- • For 2+ person rooms, you may pay the $500 deposit on one card or split across multiple cards at checkout (to cover both deposits).
